Proactive Care for Reliable Performance

In Colorado Springs, soil shifts, roots grow, and weather changes fast. A "set it and forget it" approach leads to dry spots, high water bills, and eventual system failure. Our Maintenance & Tune-up service is designed to catch small issues before they become expensive repairs.

We recommend a mid-season tune-up to adjust for the summer heat and ensure your landscape is getting the precision watering it needs without waste.

What’s Included in a Tune-Up?

  • 12-Point Inspection: From the backflow to the last nozzle, we check every critical component.
  • Head Realignment: Straightening leaning heads and adjusting spray patterns for full coverage.
  • Nozzle Cleaning: Clearing mineral deposits and grit to restore optimal spray.
  • Efficiency Audit: Identifying water waste and suggesting minor tweaks for better conservation.
  • Controller Programming: Optimizing schedules for the current seasonal needs and CSU guidelines.

Got More Questions?

How often should I have my sprinklers tuned up?
At a minimum, we recommend a startup in the spring and a blowout in the fall. However, a mid-season tune-up (July/August) is the best way to ensure your system can handle the peak of the summer heat efficiently.
Is a tune-up the same as a repair?
A tune-up is preventive. We inspect the entire system and make adjustments. If we find something broken (like a cracked line or bad valve), we'll provide a separate repair estimate. Usually, many small "fixes" (like head adjustments) are included in the tune-up price.
Will this help me follow local watering restrictions?
Yes. We stay current with Colorado Springs Utilities watering days and guidelines. We'll help you program your controller to maximize your lawn's health while strictly following local laws.
